Impact in Leadership Foundation is a youth-focused organisation committed to raising confident, value-driven and socially responsible leaders. What began as a small meeting in our founder’s living room has grown into a thriving network of mentors, volunteers and partners working across secondary schools and communities.
For over a decade, we have created platforms that challenge young people to think critically, lead boldly and serve with integrity — from conferences and competitions to mentorship and book club initiatives. We are not just building programs; we are building people.

Ten years ago, we dared to believe that young people could be the answer to Nigeria’s leadership challenges. We believed that if they were mentored, inspired, and given the right opportunities, they could grow into leaders who would transform their communities.

Today, as we celebrate 10 years of Impact in Leadership, we look back with gratitude and forward with renewed commitment. This is not just our anniversary; it is a call to action, a call to lead the shift. Over the past decade, Impact in Leadership has evolved from a small vision into a movement that has positively impacted hundreds of young lives across schools, communities, and professional settings. We have seen students rise to become changemakers, mentees evolve into mentors, and dreams once whispered now spoken boldly on platforms of influence.

This milestone is a testament to the power of faith, persistence, and collaboration. It is proof that when young people are equipped and trusted with responsibility, they will lead with courage, integrity, and innovation. As we step into the next decade, our mission remains the same: to nurture resilient, forward-thinking, and empathetic leaders who will redefine the future of leadership in Nigeria and beyond.

We are grateful to everyone who has journeyed with us, our volunteers, partners, sponsors, and every young leader who has embraced the challenge to grow and to lead. The next chapter begins now, and together, we will continue to lead the shift.

When I joined Impact in Leadership, I could never have imagined the transformation this journey would bring not only to me but to the thousands of young people whose lives we have touched. From conferences to school outreaches, from book clubs to competitions, this has been a decade of stretching, growing, and empowering.

Over the years, I have watched ordinary young people discover their voice, their purpose, and their capacity to lead. I have seen volunteers evolve into visionaries, students grow into thinkers, and mentors become lifelong changemakers. Every project, every challenge, and every milestone has been a reminder that leadership truly begins with a willingness to serve and to grow.
As we celebrate ten years of building, learning, and impact, I am deeply proud of how far we have come but even more excited about what lies ahead. The journey doesn’t end here. We are stepping into a new era of possibilities, where the seeds we’ve sown will produce even greater harvests of transformed lives and stronger communities.
