Dr Esien Ukorebi is the founder and CEO of Impact in Leadership, established in 2015 to empower the next generation of African leaders. A practising medical doctor and leadership mentor, he combines medical expertise with a passion for personal development. Author of Leadership Impact, Dr Ukorebi leads conferences and initiatives that inspire young leaders globally.

Mrs Tosin Ukorebi is a social worker and mentor with a strong dedication to youth development. As Co-Founder of Impact in Leadership, she designs transformative programs rooted in empathy and experience. Her mentorship has positively shaped countless lives, making her a vital influence within the organisation and beyond.

Elizabeth Ndukwu is the COO of Impact in Leadership, bringing a rich background in NGO operations and social impact. She leads the implementation of programs that develop young leaders, blending strategic insight with a passion for youth empowerment.

Itohowo Thomas is the Leadership Development Manager at Impact in Leadership, where he designs and implements programs that cultivate emerging talent. With a strong foundation in education and leadership, he is committed to developing future leaders through innovative, value-driven engagement.
